Full Property Buyout

Property buyouts require a minimum stay of three nights

A full property buyout provides an exclusive, tailored, and immersive vacation experience for groups, making it an attractive option for special occasions, corporate retreats, family reunions, and other group gatherings.

Currently, our capacity is 32, but with the new villas coming online this winter, we will increase to a capacity of 40.

This buyout includes 1 Four-Bedroom Master Villa Vacation Home and 6 Two-Bedroom Villas. You will have private access to the entire property and all amenities. This is a great option for Family Reunions, Birthday Celebrations, Wedding Parties and other large groups visiting Belize. There’s also a bonus! We have a sister boutique hotel, Island Magic Beach Resort, in the Village and you will also have access to that beachfront property and its amenities.

Each property has its own private dock and our Island Magic Resort Boat has daily scheduled transfers from one property to the next. If you want to be free of schedules, that’s ok, because the island is small enough where you can easily bike or walk from one property to the other as you explore the island.
